You should provide a clear explanation on how you will utilize data to perform the research.
One last thing about the dissertation proposal is the conclusion. This chapter should not be blank. What you can put in here is the detail on what your assumptions are. Since you have not started with your research yet, you can simply provide your guess or assumption on the research results.
