What is your thesis statement? The thesis will be the most important segment of the research goal. It must give your readers an idea what you are trying to resolve. Make the thesis statement very assertive and provocative so that the readers will have a way to accept or reject that notion, a healthy way to present your results.
What is the citation format that you have used? This question will involve an answer about the referencing style that you applied to your research. Take note that you can apply at least three major types of citation form APA to Harvard to MLA. Always remember that applying citation styles will make your research paper more credible.
What are the parts of your research paper? You should already be familiar with the parts of the dissertation. This way, you can easily explain their contents once the panel asks you a question on any of them. The chapters must include the abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, data and analysis, discussion of the results and the conclusion.
What materials have you used for the research? This is actually related to the citation style. However, you must also mention the mediums of research materials and their respective titles. You can use internet sites, journals, research papers or even books. Just make sure that you cite each of them.
What do you intend to achieve with your research plan? This is actually a question pertaining to your conclusion. You should simply tell your adviser whether you have accepted or rejected your hypothesis. Then give a general conclusion that will cover all the goals of doing the research. If the results are not enough, then you may give recommendations for further research.
