How to write Literature Review

I’m a foreign student in Manchester. In my country buying any thesis or dissertation is illegal and very punished by all society. How it is in England ? Are Universities and teachers not against it?

Buying a written by someone essay and submitting it as your own is illegal in any university or country. However, research services only are totally legal. So it depends on how you use the paper that you get from someone.

I’m a student from Singapore. I’m having a tough time writing Literature Review for my dissertation. I am not sure of what to write about…I meant the flow of writing…Can I include the definition? i.e. Enterprise Portal Definition, Functions, Challenges… (describing my concept) As for the flow, can I start from the Problem Background followed by proposed solution? Pls advise.
